Return Policy - Qvnation

At Qvnation , we strive to ensure the highest quality in our products. However, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or scratched upon arrival.

If you receive a product that is damaged or scratched, you must request a return within three (3) days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase.

QV NATION WARRANTY POLICY

QV Nation provides commercial warranty coverage against verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

Warranty periods depend on the product construction:

Dry Carbon Products: 2-Year Commercial Warranty
Wet Carbon Products: 180-Day Commercial Warranty

The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

Wet Carbon Products – 180-Day Warranty

All eligible wet carbon products are covered by a 180-day commercial warranty against verified manufacturing defects.

Due to the different manufacturing process and construction of wet carbon components, they are not covered by the 2-Year Commercial Warranty applicable to eligible dry carbon products.

After 180 days from the original purchase date, QV Nation’s voluntary commercial warranty for wet carbon products expires.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To evaluate a warranty claim, QV Nation may request:

Order number and proof of purchase
Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product
Detailed photos of the damaged area and mounting points
Photos showing the installation
Proof of professional installation where applicable
Photos/videos taken immediately following the reported failure
Any additional reasonable evidence necessary to determine the cause of the damage

QV Nation may also request that the product be returned for inspection.

Damage or breakage alone does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect. Claims are evaluated based on the available evidence and circumstances.

Installation & Adhesive-Mounted Products

Products installed using automotive adhesive or double-sided tape must be installed correctly on properly cleaned and prepared surfaces.

Add-on/overlay components are different products from full replacement dry-carbon components.

Testing, specifications or performance statements concerning a full replacement dry-carbon component do not apply to a wet-carbon, add-on or adhesive-mounted version unless specifically stated on that individual product page.

Commercial Warranty Exclusions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QV Nation’s commercial warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Collision, external impact or road debris
Incorrect or improper installation
Incorrect surface preparation or adhesive application
Modification, cutting, drilling or unauthorized alteration
Installation on incompatible or modified vehicle components
Misuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose
Track, racing or competition use unless expressly approved for that specific product
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by another vehicle component
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

By purchasing from QV Nation, the customer acknowledges the product information, installation requirements and commercial warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.
